Bonus Session #1

Marketing & Forecasting, Understanding the Numbers that Drive Your Business!
Presented by Derek Christian, My Maid Service
This session will be hands on learning on how to build a complete business plan starting with understanding the numbers the drive your business. This is not a quick over view of marketing ideas but holistic view of your entire company and what factors make you grow or shrink.

We will share an easy to use business planning tool that will allow business owners to see what would happen to their sales if they could change these numbers so they can get a complete picture of their business. Everyone will get to take this tool home with them for use in their day to day business.

Once we understand the factors that drive your business, we will dive into each one. We will discuss ways to keep current customers longer and how to sell more to your current customers.

Next we will move into how to get more leads in and how to convert more of those leads into on-going customers. We will use real marketing materials from those attending the session to bring these principles to life.

Derek Christian is the owner of My Maid Service which has grown by an average of 30% every year for the last 3 years and now has 41 employees despite being located in Cincinnati, OH which is a smaller market with 10.5% unemployment during this recession. Before purchasing My Maid Service, Derek spent 12 years in Market Strategy and Planning for Procter & Gamble which is the world’s largest advertiser and is considered by most to be the best consumer brand builder in the world.

Why stay at the Official ARCSI Convention Hotel?  Here is a short note from an ARCSI member to Convention Chair Dee Strickland:

Dee,
My first convention was when it was in Orlando 2006 and I didn't stay at the official ARCSI hotel (to save money). Big mistake! Everything was scheduled there in the evening and I found myself not attending many evening things due to staying at another hotel.
Just my two cents as a past attendee who messed up!
