Turn Managers Into Leaders - Which are YOU?
Brad Worthley gave us excellent insights into how to stom managing and start leading. He reviewed management styles and gave specific information on how to effectively delegate to your team and manage change. Now that you are a leader, start turning your team all-stars into leaders as well!

Perception is Reality
In a powerful and moving Friday night session, Steven Rowell - The Idea Doctor - inspired ELC attendees to get out of their own way. "You have what you have because you want to have it," explained Rowell.

Member after member came forward to give assistance, support and resources to others in need. ARCSI members offered advice on how to solve problems, change your business and come through adversity, profitable on the other side. We hope you were able to attend. This session was the essence of ARCSI.

Member Networking - Sharing, Learning, Growing
Many members enjoy talking to their fellow residential cleaning business owners as much as, if not more, than the actual education sessions. The 2010 ELC provided plenty of opportunities to ask "How do you deal with..." and "How did you get there?" Members took away valuable information and tips they could act on as soon as they landed at home!
